A total of 10 teams from various business units gathered in Huangpi in two batches to celebrate this grand occasion together!

Whether it’s the relentless heat of the “autumn tiger” or the crisp, chilly winds of October, nothing can dampen the fiery passion of the Rising Stars! The frenzied pressure-board challenge is a true testament to their relentless spirit. The competition is divided into four stages: “Carry You Forward,” where teams shoulder heavy burdens and push ahead just to meet you at the finish line; “Light as a Feather,” showcasing skillful ping-pong handling; “Thorns in the Path,” proving that even obstacles can’t stop the drive to move forward; and “One-Two-Three Jump,” where unity and teamwork ensure victory over all rivals. Now, let’s take a look at each team’s unique flair:

You advance, I defend; you retreat, I counterattack—three-way strategic maneuvering, today’s stage; flanking attacks, envelopments, dodging, and offensives—just watch the Morning Star master the art of balloon play:

Team competition is like a game of chess—requiring insight, discipline, and decisive action. It is our mutual understanding and the collective wisdom of the team that enable us to break through the encirclement:

Your arms, my trust—for the same goal, we shout at the top of our lungs, unite as one, and give it our all:

With lush green grass beneath them and a gentle, cool breeze blowing, the Rising Stars sat on the ground, sharing their insights and ideas about work, which helped them articulate and resolve the uncertainties weighing on their minds. The patient listening and open communication from the HR facilitators in each group also enabled the Rising Stars to gain clarity on their career development paths:

Of course, the real highlight is the evening masquerade ball! From ancient times to the present, the boundaries of era and culture blur—Qing officials bump into Republic-era figures, and medieval European nobles encounter the emperor of the Qin Dynasty! The runway show showcases five millennia of global splendor; the dance performances bring a sweeping wave of imperial and Republican-era styles; and the “Guess Who I Am?” game features the mischievous, whimsical spirit of the Morning Star, leaving audiences both laughing and bewildered:

Pleasant moments always fly by. Through the team-building activities, all the “Morning Stars” enthusiastically shared that they had forged friendships, experienced the power of teamwork, and immersed themselves in the company’s cultural atmosphere. Meanwhile, Qirui’s ability to inspire and unite the first cohort of Morning Stars has grown even stronger as the team-building events have unfolded.
