In 2011, the company established an independent EHS department staffed with professional safety and environmental management personnel, which is fully responsible for the company’s environmental, occupational health, and safety management. \
EHS Management Philosophy:

2. The company conducts regular internal and external audits to ensure that its production and business operations comply with environmental, occupational health, and safety regulatory requirements;
3. The business manager is responsible for environmental, occupational health, and safety matters within the scope of the business;
4. The Company’s suppliers of materials, engineering services, and other goods shall comply with environmental, occupational health, and safety requirements;
5. The company is committed to fostering a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly work environment to prevent harm to employees and other stakeholders in the workplace.
6. Conserve and protect resources, pursue sustainable development, and minimize the environmental impact of production and business operations to the greatest extent possible.
The company strictly complies with environmental protection regulations, ensuring that all environmental protection, occupational health, and safety facilities for new projects are designed, constructed, and put into operation in tandem with the main engineering works. In the Phase II project, clean natural gas boilers have been adopted to replace coal-fired boilers.
Waste gas and wastewater generated within the plant premises are treated by environmental protection facilities to meet emission standards before discharge, and solid waste is collected and sorted in accordance with regulatory requirements before being handed over to qualified disposal units.
In 2012, the company was awarded the “Environmentally Friendly Enterprise” title by Jiangxia District.
