1. Shipment. For shipments to overseas destinations, the supplier may be requested to arrange for the goods to be shipped to Hong Kong, or our company may directly provide door-to-door transportation services from the overseas origin to Hong Kong.

2. Declaration. Upon loading the goods in Hong Kong, procedures such as customs declaration, inspection, and tax payment shall be initiated with the import customs authorities;

3. Arrival of Goods: Once the goods have completed all customs clearance procedures and arrived at our Shenzhen warehouse, we will notify the customer to inspect the goods and make payment.

4. Delivery. Upon receipt of the customer’s freight charges, our company will arrange for domestic logistics or courier services to deliver the goods to the location specified by the customer.

The import customs clearance fee from the Hong Kong warehouse to the Shenzhen warehouse does not include Hong Kong pickup charges or mainland delivery fees; actual costs for safely delivering the goods from Shenzhen to other cities across China will be reimbursed on a cost-plus basis.

2. The weight of goods imported into Hong Kong shall be determined by the actual weighed weight. Our company reserves the right to open and inspect the cargo prior to customs declaration to verify the accuracy of the packing and ensure prompt customs clearance.

3. Customers are required to make truthful declarations. If discrepancies in the declaration result in the goods being detained at customs, all resulting liabilities shall be borne solely by the customer, and our company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
