Wuhan Zhongyou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has entrusted Wuhan Yuanqing Environmental Control Technology Co., Ltd. with the environmental impact assessment for the “Demonstration Project on the Transformation of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients toward Multi-functionality, Intelligentization, Safety, Greenness, and High-End Development, as well as the Construction of a Pilot-Scale Service Platform.” In accordance with the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, upon completion of the draft environmental impact report, the public is hereby notified and the contents of the EIA are made available for review, with the aim of soliciting opinions relevant to the project’s environmental impacts. As the project progresses and the EIA work unfolds, the relevant information will be refined or adjusted accordingly.

II. Scope of the Public Consultation

The primary purpose is to solicit public opinions and suggestions on environmental protection aspects related to the project’s construction. The scope of the public consultation includes the views of relevant entities, experts, citizens, legal persons, and other organizations that are affected by the project and whose environmental rights and interests are directly at stake.

Opinions or requests pertaining to land acquisition and relocation, property matters, employment, and other issues unrelated to the project’s environmental impact assessment are not within the scope of the public consultation.
