Qirui Pharmaceutical Awarded the “Wuhan May Day Labor Medal”

Recently, the Wuhan Municipal Federation of Trade Unions announced the list of outstanding organizing units, exemplary labor and skills competition collectives, outstanding individuals, and exemplary work teams for the 2023 city-wide labor and skills competition, commending and recognizing the units and individuals that demonstrated exceptional performance in the citywide labor and skills competition initiatives. Wuhan Qirui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qirui Pharmaceutical) was honored as an Outstanding Labor and Production Collective for 2023 and was also awarded the “Wuhan May Day Labor Medal.”

The performance evaluation for citywide labor and skills competitions consists of two main components: year-end assessment and routine assessment. The year-end assessment is conducted by a team led by the Wuhan Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, which visits grassroots units to carry out inspection and acceptance. The routine assessment is organized by the Economic Department, which quarterly compiles and publicly announces statistics on the implementation of labor and skills competitions at grassroots units and convenes meetings of the Economic Department’s leadership to review and score the results. Ultimately, the Wuhan Municipal Federation of Trade Unions confers the “Wuhan May Day Labor Award” on enterprises, institutions, government agencies, and social organizations that have made outstanding contributions to the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
