Shining with the Light of Wisdom, Passing on the Torch of Scholarship — The Joint Master’s Thesis Defense Ceremony between Qirui Pharmaceutical and China Pharmaceutical University Concludes Successfully

During this season of wisdom and enthusiasm marking graduation, the thesis defense for master’s graduates jointly trained by Qirui Pharmaceutical and China Pharmaceutical University concluded successfully at Qirui Pharmaceutical. This event not only provided a comprehensive review of the students’ academic achievements but also served as an intellectual exchange and a forum for the transmission of knowledge. Attending the ceremony were: Professor Lu Shan from Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, who chaired the defense; Cheng Die, Process Director at Ruisheng Pharmaceutical, and Liu Chao from the Biologics Platform, who served as members of the defense committee; Yu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Qirui Pharmaceutical and the corporate mentor for the joint graduate program; Qi Zhengchun, Head of the Pilot-Scale Research Platform in the department where the jointly trained graduate students are based; the two jointly trained graduate students, Sun Meng and Yu Chenyang; and Chen Tianpei from the Human Resources Department, who acted as the defense secretary.

I. The Blossom of Academia, Brilliantly in Full Bloom

After months of meticulous preparation, our students have achieved impressive research outcomes at our company. Through in-depth investigation and rigorous argumentation, they presented their latest discoveries and innovative insights in their respective fields on the defense stage. These papers not only demonstrate the depth and breadth of undergraduate academic research but also highlight the wisdom and potential of young scholars.

II. A Clash of Wisdom, a Collision of Ideas

At the defense session, students displayed confident and vigorous demeanor as they presented their research findings and calmly addressed questions from the reviewing faculty. Through in-depth exchanges and lively discussions, not only was students’ academic enthusiasm further ignited, but also the advancement of scholarly research was significantly promoted.

III. Passing on the Flame, Endless Vitality

This defense not only showcases academic achievements but also serves as a vital conduit for the transmission of scholarly knowledge. The reviewing faculty provided meticulous guidance and incisive feedback, thereby illuminating the path forward for our students. Their scholarly ethos, research methodologies, and innovative thinking will continue to inspire us to press ahead on our academic journey and to contribute meaningfully to the future development of scholarship.
