The annual company work-summary and recognition conference is always a milestone worth documenting. In response to national epidemic-prevention and control requirements, on the afternoon of January 20, the company held its 2020 “Rekindling the ‘Rui’ Banner, Sailing Together Toward Shared Success” gala via Douyin livestream. The event emphasized its livestream format, aimed to energize and inspire participants, and encouraged full staff engagement, creating a truly delightful audiovisual feast.

This grand event featured bold innovations. First, for the first time, it was live-streamed on Douyin worldwide and across the entire company, attracting a record-breaking on-site attendance while maintaining over 400 concurrent online viewers. Second, a video chronicling the company’s two-decade journey was edited for the first time, offering a retrospective of these remarkable twenty years of dedicated effort and achievement. Third, messages from all senior executives and general managers of each business unit were recorded for the first time—providing the best source of positive energy and the most effective form of corporate education for all employees. Fourth, representatives of the company’s management delivered impassioned poetry recitations, conveying the mission and responsibilities of the new era. The entire event was the result of collective brainstorming and collaboration, with planning, creative concept development, and execution spanning two months.

In accordance with epidemic prevention and control requirements, the number of on-site attendees at this meeting has been strictly limited. The training room on the third floor of Zhongyou Pharmaceutical served as the venue, while all employees of Qirui Technology, Qirui Pharmaceutical, Zhongyou Pharmaceutical, Langlai Technology, Shanghai Meiyue, Shandong Ruiyin, and other Qirui entities gathered virtually via live stream.
