Empowering Party Building to Unite New Forces, Achieve Synergy, and Expand “Health”

To further strengthen Party building as the guiding force for development, promote the coordinated advancement of Party building and the development of government and enterprises, and carry out in depth the special campaign on “Party Building Leadership and Chain-Strengthening Empowerment” within industrial chains, we will deepen and expand Party-building work across district-level industrial chains and consolidate and enhance the Jiangxia District’s brand for joint Party-building initiatives in the greater health industry chain (health food). On June 25, the Party branch of the Jiangxia District Talent Service Center, together with the Party branches of Wuhan Qirui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qirui Pharmaceutical) and Wuhan Jingguang Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jingguang Medical), jointly organized a joint Party-building activity for the greater health industry chain. The event was attended by 30 Party members, including Ma Xiongwei, a member of the Party Committee of the Miaoshan Industrial Park in the Jiangxia Economic Development Zone; Huang Tuo, Deputy Director of the Enterprise Service Center of the Jiangxia Economic Development Zone; Tan Xiaohua, Secretary of the Party Group of the District Enterprise and Talent Service Center; Chen Ting, Director of the District Enterprise and Talent Service Center; Wang Chunhui, Executive Deputy General Manager of Qirui Pharmaceutical; Hu Zhihua, Deputy General Manager of Jingguang Medical; and other Party members.

Li Wei, Manager of the Administration Department, led on-site personnel on a tour of Qirui Pharmaceutical. Li Songqi, Director of the Injectable Products Workshop, provided a detailed overview of the workshop’s operations, enabling attendees to gain an in-depth understanding of Qirui Pharmaceutical’s Party-building initiatives and its corporate development journey, and to experience the company’s corporate culture firsthand.

The meeting officially commenced. Li Songqi led the oath-taking ceremony, during which all Party members reaffirmed their Party membership vows and studied the Party Constitution, using the oath to reflect on their original aspirations and drawing lessons from Party rules and discipline to keep themselves on guard.

Tan Xiaohua, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the District Enterprise and Talent Service Center, delivered a Party lecture titled “High-Quality Party Building Leads High-Quality Enterprise Development.” In his presentation, he elaborated on the pivotal role of Party building in ensuring the stable development of enterprises and the sustained prosperity of the economy from four perspectives: first, how the Party’s innovative theories provide directional guidance for the growth and expansion of the private sector; second, how Party and state policies create a favorable environment for such growth; third, how the rule of law serves as an important safeguard for this growth; and fourth, how Chinese-style modernization defines the mission and path for the private sector’s development.

Representatives of Party members from various enterprises shared and exchanged views on key areas such as business development, Party building, and industrial collaboration. Joint Party-building initiatives serve as an important platform for enterprises to jointly explore new avenues for development; only through mutual learning and win-win cooperation can they maintain a competitive edge in an increasingly fierce market. Looking ahead, Qirui Pharmaceutical will take this pairing-and-coconstruction initiative as an opportunity to strengthen communication and coordination between the two Party organizations, strive to achieve resource sharing and complementary strengths through such collaboration, translate the organizational advantages of the Party into drivers of high-quality enterprise development, and forge a new pattern of business growth.
