Recently, Jiangxia District released the “Public Notice on the Proposed Candidates for Talent Recognition in Tangxun Lake, Jiangxia District, 2026 (First Batch),” announcing that Gu Hai, Director of Equipment at Qirui Pharmaceutical; Liu Zhiyong, Director of Formulation; and Meng Ziqiang, Production Manager, have been recognized as E-category talents in the Tangxun Lake Talent Program.

The “Several Measures of Jiangxia District for Promoting Talent Agglomeration” categorizes high-level talent into five tiers—A through E—and introduces 15 specific initiatives across four key areas: talent attraction and development incentives, the establishment of science-and-tech innovation projects, recommendations of talent from private enterprises, and the creation of an attractive living environment. These more proactive, open, and effective policies are designed to support the implementation of the “Five-Region Strategy” and the building of a “Five Jiangxias,” thereby harnessing talent-driven momentum for regional development.
