Summary: At the company’s invitation, Liu Xianpeng, Associate Professor at Central South University for Nationalities, Doctor of Law, Master’s Supervisor, and part-time lawyer, delivered two lectures titled “Mechanisms for Resolving Corporate Business Disputes” to more than 100 employees at our R&D Center and Production Base on May 17 and May 19, respectively.

　　At the company’s invitation, Liu Xianpeng, Associate Professor at Central South University for Nationalities, Doctor of Law, Master’s Supervisor, and part-time lawyer, delivered two lectures titled “Mechanisms for Resolving Corporate Business Disputes” to more than 100 employees at our R&D Center and Production Base on May 17 and May 19, respectively.
　　
　　The lecture is divided into three modules: “Mechanisms for Resolving Civil Disputes,” “Civil Litigation,” and “Commercial Arbitration.” In the first module, Professor Liu provided a detailed, expert-level overview of the three main categories of civil-dispute-resolution mechanisms, thoroughly examining the advantages and disadvantages of each. In the second module, Professor Liu used numerous real-world cases to discuss key legal issues related to civil litigation, such as the relationship among the public security organs, the procuratorate, and the courts, jurisdictional issues, the parties to the litigation, and evidence. In the third module, Professor Liu conducted a comprehensive analysis of the “commercial arbitration” mechanism.
　　
　　Following the lecture, company employees engaged in in-depth discussions with Professor Liu on legal issues of particular interest to them. The event featured frequent interaction and a lively atmosphere. At the conclusion, Chairman Wang Chaodong presented Professor Liu with an appointment letter, formally appointing him as an expert in Qirui’s Legal Expert Pool, with the aim of fostering further collaboration.
