Under the blazing summer sun, we fought for what we love. On July 26, 2023, Institute 717 and Qirui Pharmaceutical hosted an exhilarating basketball match at the Shengfan Sports Park. After a tiring day at work, both teams brought their top players onto the court, united by their passion for basketball and their enthusiasm for competition, to come together for this thrilling sporting event.

Before the match, all players on the field conducted thorough preparations and warm-ups, then circled the pitch and clapped to show goodwill—while also underscoring our tournament’s guiding principle: friendship first, competition second.

After the ceremony concluded, both teams poised themselves, and as the referee tossed the basketball high into the air, the intense basketball game began! Hundreds of shots, countless sprints—sweat poured across the court; players fought hard for every possession and battled for every rebound, knowing that the joy of victory can only be earned through relentless effort!

The referees officiated with impartiality, transparency, and utmost seriousness; the basketball players were full of energy and gave it their all; and the cheering squad in the stands roared with unrelenting support. The atmosphere at the venue was electric and exhilarating, with synchronized chants rising and falling in rhythm with every offensive play and score, creating an undulating wave of excitement that was truly thrilling.

Enthusiasm bursts forth in the face of challenge; passion ignites with every sprint; fighting spirit stretches across the court; vitality surges through the body; teamwork blossoms in seamless coordination; brilliance leaps from the rim; basketball shuttles back and forth on the court; and cheers echo round and round the arena!

During the halftime break, Qirui Pharmaceutical Basketball Club organized a mini-game and handed out small gifts to attendees, inviting everyone to share in the joy of basketball.

After a thrilling final showdown, Institute 717 emerged victorious, clinching the championship in the “Qirui Huaguang” Basketball Tournament. Although Qirui Pharmaceutical fell short in defeat, their unwavering spirit of perseverance, relentless drive, and tenacious fighting spirit showcased the unique strength that defines the Qirui family—truly, they may have lost, but they remain worthy of honor.

This “Qirui Huaguang” basketball tournament not only showcased the passion for sports among members of our company’s basketball club, but also strengthened team cohesion and combat effectiveness, fostered a sense of collective pride, deepened friendships, and highlighted our company’s spirit of unity, harmony, and relentless striving.
