On April 9, the Royal Cuisine Museum at Beijing Kairui Yuxiandu shone with dazzling lights, hosting a distinguished gathering of esteemed guests and leading experts. Together, they deliberated on the long-term vision for Qirui Technology’s marketing transformation and development—aiming to serve society and benefit patients—and witnessed the strategic rollout of Qirui’s marketing initiatives: establishing a strong foothold in North China, driving growth in Northeast China, and fostering development in Northwest China. They also envisioned a bright future for Qirui’s marketing efforts, marked by a revolution in insight, a revolution in management, and a revolution in human resources.

　　Li Hui, Party Secretary and General Manager of China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; Xu Xiaoyuan, Incoming Chairman of the Liver Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and Director of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Peking University Health Science Center; and Chen Yu, Director of the Center for Difficult Liver Diseases and Artificial Liver at Beijing You’an Hospital, Affiliated to Capital Medical University, and Vice Chairman of the Youth Committee of the Liver Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, attended the unveiling ceremony as guests and delivered remarks. 　　The Northern Operations Center serves as a strategic stronghold for the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei region, controls access to the three northeastern provinces, and extends its reach across Northwest China, covering a large number of provinces and autonomous regions and serving a broad population. “The company’s northern product marketing is poised for a bull market, thanks to our appointment of two general managers surnamed Liu,” said Chairman Wang Chaodong, expressing high expectations for the Northern Operations Center. In his address, the head of the Northern Operations Center stated that the center will strive to become the company’s flagship sales force—building an operations hub that is commensurate with the capital’s status as an academic center, with the number of provinces and municipalities it covers, and with the level of pharmaceutical usage among the local population; a hub that is radiative and driving, scale-driven, and characterized by diverse operating models—thus truly living up to its reputation as the company’s premier sales powerhouse.

　　The delegates visited the Center’s office located in the Fengti Times Building in Beijing, which was beautifully decorated with flowers and maintained in a neat and orderly manner. The 200-square-meter office space can accommodate 13 staff members and includes a private meeting room, a reception area, a finance office, and the general manager’s office. The layout is well-organized, all functional areas are fully equipped, the rent is affordable, transportation is convenient, the view is unobstructed, and no renovation is required. The Center’s commitment to frugality—such as refurbishing old furniture and purchasing second-hand furnishings—was highly praised by the delegates.

　　Mr. Teng presided over the inaugural ceremony for the establishment of the Association. Attendees included leaders from company headquarters—such as Mr. Liang, Mr. Hui, Mr. Da Jiong, Mr. Xie, and Director Peipei—as well as leaders from sister centers, including General Manager Guoqiang and Deputy General Manager Zhang Wei; eight specially invited guests, including Mr. Li Hui; eight agent representatives, including General Manager Zhang Shuming; and a total of 68 personnel at or above the level of center provincial/regional manager.
